We offer exchange or refund on merchandise (excluding clearance products) to be postmarked, or personally returned to the store, within 14 days of delivery date. All return merchandise must be unworn, in pristine condition, with original packaging & all tags attached.
Please contact us at email@example.com for a return authorization prior to sending your item back. A Return Card has been included with your parcel and must be completed and included with your return. If you would like to exchange for another size or colour, please return the original item and place a new order for the item you want. We will issue a refund once we receive your returned item.
CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. COD's will not be accepted. Flat rate shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend that return parcels be fully insured, with a tracking number. SOLE Shoes will not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned merchandise. We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement of merchandise without proof of delivery to our premises. SOLE Shoes reserves the right to reject any returns that do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the customer at their expense.
